Renting With OTB Property

All applicants contributing to the rent must complete their own REIQ Application for Residential Tenancy Form and attend a inspection of the property.

Each application must include:

• A fully completed and signed application form
• Proof of identity (sufficient for a 100-point ID check)
• Proof of income (e.g. payslips, employment confirmation)

To avoid delays, please ensure all information is accurate and complete at the time of submission.

Applications are processed Monday to Friday and typically take up to 48 hours. Shortlisted applications are submitted to the property owner (lessor) for final approval. Successful applicants will be notified by phone and must ensure their contact details are current.

Once approved, applicants are required to:

• Sign the General Tenancy Agreement.
• Pay the full bond and two weeks’ rent in advance.
• Attend a property inspection with an OTB Property representative to complete the Entry Condition Report.
